Abstract

【課題】本発明は、制御圧延を実施しなくても、ウエブ肉厚が20mm以下で、且つウェブとフランジとの肉厚差が大きく、高強度で、且つ形状が優れたウェブ薄肉H形鋼を提供すると共に、合わせてその製造方法をも提供することを目的としている。 【解決手段】熱間圧延で製造され、外面側がべイナイト又は焼戻しマルテンサイトを主体とする金属組織の硬質層で、内面側がフェライトを主体とする金属組織の軟質層で形成したフランジと、加工フェライト及びパーライトの混合金属組織からなるウェブとからなるウェブ薄肉高強度H形鋼である。また、このウェブ薄肉高強度H形鋼を安定して製造可能な方法を開示した。 【選択図】 なし
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web thin wide flange shape in which, even if controlled rolling is not performed, the wall thickness of a web is ≤20 mm and a difference in the wall thickness between the web and a flange is also wide, and which has high strength and also has an excellent shape, and to provide its production method. <P>SOLUTION: The web thin high strength wide flange shape produced by hot rolling, and composed of a flange in which the external side is formed of a hard layer with a metallic structure essentially consisting of bainite or tempered martensite, and the internal side is formed of a soft layer with a metallic structure essentially consisting of ferrite, and a web with a mixed metallic structure composed of worked ferrite and pearlite.
