Abstract

【課題】基板に複数本のドリルで複数の穴を同時に加工する場合に、基板に明けられる穴の位置のずれを小さくする。 【解決手段】X方向に移動可能なテーブル3上に戴置されたワークに穴を明ける前に、テーブル3の上方に配置されX方向と直交するY方向に移動可能なクロススライド6に戴置された複数のスピンドル12のそれぞれ先端に支持された複数の工具の軸線のスピンドル12の設計上の軸線に対するX方向、及び、Y方向の各方向毎のずれを検出し、検出された各方向毎のずれの平均値を算出し、複数のスピンドル12の軸線の座標を加工しようとする穴の中心座標に対して各方向毎にそれぞれ平均値だけ補正して、ワークに穴を明けることを特徴とする。 【選択図】図1
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the positional error of holes to be formed on a substrate when a plurality of the holes are drilled at the same time on the substrate by using a plurality of drills. SOLUTION: Workpieces are mounted on a table 3 which can move in the X-direction. A cross slide 6 is arranged above the table 3 and can move in the Y-direction perpendicular to the X-direction. A plurality of spindles 12 are mounted on the cross slide 6. A plurality of tools are supported on the tip ends of the respective spindles 12. Before the holes are drilled on the workpieces, the positional errors of the axes of a plurality of the tools in the X-direction and the Y-direction with respect to the designed axes of the spindles 12 are detected respectively, and the mean value of the detected positional errors for every direction is calculated. Then, the holes are drilled on the workpieces after correcting the coordinates of the axes of a plurality of the spindles 12 by the amount of the mean value for every direction with respect to the coordinates of the centers of the holes to be drilled.
