【課題】 液状食品を均一な温度にすることができる蒸気噴出ノズルを提供する。 【解決手段】 蒸気噴出ノズル40によれば、間隔D1を略等分するように設けられた各孔形成ライン(i)〜(iv)に存する蒸気噴出孔43から噴出した蒸気34は、容器本体31の上層域に収容された液状食品33のみならず、容器本体31の下層域に収容された液状食品33に確実に行き渡るので、液状食品33を均一な温度にすることができる。 【選択図】 図1
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor jet nozzle which can heat a liquid food to a uniform temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The vapor jet nozzle 40 unerringly distributes a vapor 34 jet from vapor jet holes 43 existing in hole forming lines (i) to (iv) provided to nearly equally divide a space D1 not only to the liquid food 33 stored in the upper layer area of a vessel body 31 but also to the liquid food 33 stored in the lower layer area of the vessel body 31, and can heat the liquid food 33 to a uniform temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
